يونس — Yunus Ayat 96
اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ
Innal-lażīna ḥaqqat ‘alaihim kalimatu rabbika lā yu'minūn(a).
"Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,"
