يونس — Yunus Ayat 42

وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ يَّسْتَمِعُوْنَ اِلَيْكَۗ اَفَاَنْتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوْا لَا يَعْقِلُوْنَ

Wa minhum may yastami‘ūna ilaik(a), afa anta tusmi‘uṣ-ṣumma wa lau kānū lā ya‘qilūn(a).

"And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear, although they will not use reason?"
