الزخرف — Az-Zukhruf Ayat 54
فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهٗ فَاَطَاعُوْهُ ۗاِنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا قَوْمًا فٰسِقِيْنَ
Fastakhaffa qaumahū fa aṭā‘ūh(u), innahum kānū qauman fāsiqīn(a).
"So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allah]."
