التوبة — At-Taubah Ayat 10

لَا يَرْقُبُوْنَ فِيْ مُؤْمِنٍ اِلًّا وَّلَا ذِمَّةً ۗوَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُوْنَ

Lā yarqubūna fī mu'minin illaw wa lā żimmah(tan),ulā'ika humul-mu‘tadūn(a)

"They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors."
