الشورى — Asy-Syura Ayat 49
لِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاۤءُ ۗيَهَبُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ اِنَاثًا وَّيَهَبُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ الذُّكُوْرَ ۙ
Lillāhi mulkus-samāwāti wal-arḍ(i), yakhluqu mā yasyā'(u), yahabu limay yasyā'u ināṡaw wa yahabu limay yasyā'uż-żukūr(a).
"To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He creates what he wills. He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males."
