الشورى — Asy-Syura Ayat 4

لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيْمُ

Lahū mā fis-samāwāti wa mā fil-arḍ(i), wa huwal-‘aliyyul-‘aẓīm(u).

"To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the Most High, the Most Great."
