الرّوم — Ar-Rum Ayat 26
وَلَهٗ مَنْ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ كُلٌّ لَّهٗ قٰنِتُوْنَ
Wa lahū man fis-samāwāti wal-arḍ(i), kullul lahū qānitūn(a).
"And to Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and earth. All are to Him devoutly obedient."
