النحل — An-Nahl Ayat 108

اُولٰۤىِٕكَ الَّذِيْنَ طَبَعَ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى قُلُوْبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَاَبْصَارِهِمْۗ وَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْغٰفِلُوْنَ

Ulā'ikal-lażīna ṭaba‘allāhu ‘alā qulūbihim wa sam‘ihim wa abṣārihim, wa ulā'ika humul-gāfilūn(a).

"Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allah has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless."
