النحل — An-Nahl Ayat 100
اِنَّمَا سُلْطٰنُهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهٗ وَالَّذِيْنَ هُمْ بِهٖ مُشْرِكُوْنَ ࣖ
Innamā sulṭānuhū ‘alal-lażīna yatawallaunahū wal-lażīna hum bihī musyrikūn(a).
"His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allah."
