اٰل عمران — Ali 'Imran Ayat 74

يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيْمِ

Yakhtaṣṣu biraḥmatihī may yasyā'(u), wallāhu żul-faḍlil-‘aẓīm(i).

"He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty."
