القمر — Al-Qamar Ayat 49

اِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ

Innā kulla syai'in khalaqnāhu biqadar(in).

"Indeed, all things We created with predestination."
