القمر — Al-Qamar Ayat 12

وَّفَجَّرْنَا الْاَرْضَ عُيُوْنًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاۤءُ عَلٰٓى اَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ ۚ

Wa fajjarnal-arḍa ‘uyūnan faltaqal-mā'u ‘alā amrin qad qudir(a).

"And caused the earth to burst with springs, and the waters met for a matter already predestined."
