المزّمّل — Al-Muzzammil Ayat 13

وَّطَعَامًا ذَا غُصَّةٍ وَّعَذَابًا اَلِيْمًا

Wa ṭa‘āman żā guṣṣatiw wa ‘ażāban alīmā(n).

"And food that chokes and a painful punishment -"
