المؤمنون — Al-Mu'minun Ayat 103

وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِيْنُهٗ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ الَّذِيْنَ خَسِرُوْٓا اَنْفُسَهُمْ فِيْ جَهَنَّمَ خٰلِدُوْنَ ۚ

Wa man khaffat mawāzīnuhū fa ulā'ikal-lażīna khasirū anfusahum fī jahannama khālidūn(a).

"But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally."
