الاسراۤء — Al-Isra' Ayat 95

قُلْ لَّوْ كَانَ فِى الْاَرْضِ مَلٰۤىِٕكَةٌ يَّمْشُوْنَ مُطْمَىِٕنِّيْنَ لَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مِّنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَلَكًا رَّسُوْلًا

Qul lau kāna fil-arḍi malā'ikatuy yamsyūna muṭma'innīna lanazzalnā ‘alaihim minas-samā'i malakar rasūlā(n).

"Say, "If there were upon the earth angels walking securely, We would have sent down to them from the heaven an angel [as a] messenger.""
