الاسراۤء — Al-Isra' Ayat 100
قُلْ لَّوْ اَنْتُمْ تَمْلِكُوْنَ خَزَاۤىِٕنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّيْٓ اِذًا لَّاَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ الْاِنْفَاقِۗ وَكَانَ الْاِنْسَانُ قَتُوْرًا ࣖ
Qul lau antum tamlikūna khazā'ina raḥmati rabbī iżal la'amsaktum khasy-yatal-infāq(i), wa kānal-insānu qatūrā(n).
"Say [to them], "If you possessed the depositories of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold out of fear of spending." And ever has man been stingy."
