الحجر — Al-Hijr Ayat 8

مَا نُنَزِّلُ الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةَ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوْٓا اِذًا مُّنْظَرِيْنَ

Mā nunazzilul-malā'ikata illā bil-ḥaqqi wa mā kānū iżam munẓarīn(a).

"We do not send down the angels except with truth; and the disbelievers would not then be reprieved."
