الحجر — Al-Hijr Ayat 22

وَاَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيٰحَ لَوَاقِحَ فَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءً فَاَسْقَيْنٰكُمُوْهُۚ وَمَآ اَنْتُمْ لَهٗ بِخٰزِنِيْنَ

Wa arsalnar-riyāḥa lawāqiha fa anzalnā minas-samā'i mā'an fa asqainākumūh(u), wa mā antum lahū bikhāzinīn(a).

"And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers."
