الفرقان — Al-Furqan Ayat 48

وَهُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًاۢ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهٖۚ وَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءً طَهُوْرًا ۙ

Wa huwal-lażī arsalar-riyāḥa busyram baina yadai raḥmatih(ī), wa anzalnā minas-samā'i mā'an ṭahūrā(n).

"And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure water"
