الفجر — Al-Fajr Ayat 5

هَلْ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ قَسَمٌ لِّذِيْ حِجْرٍۗ

Hal fī żālika qasamul liżī ḥijr(in).

"Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception?"
