البروج — Al-Buruj Ayat 9

الَّذِيْ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ ۗوَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيْدٌ ۗ

Allażī lahū mulkus-samāwāti wal-arḍ(i), wallāhu ‘alā kulli syai'in syahīd(un).

"To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness."
