البقرة — Al-Baqarah Ayat 55
وَاِذْ قُلْتُمْ يٰمُوْسٰى لَنْ نُّؤْمِنَ لَكَ حَتّٰى نَرَى اللّٰهَ جَهْرَةً فَاَخَذَتْكُمُ الصّٰعِقَةُ وَاَنْتُمْ تَنْظُرُوْنَ
Wa iż qultum yā mūsā lan nu'mina laka ḥattā narallāha jahratan fa'akhażatkumuṣ-ṣā‘iqatu wa antum tanẓurūn(a).
"And [recall] when you said, "O Moses, we will never believe you until we see Allah outright"; so the thunderbolt took you while you were looking on."
