الانبياۤء — Al-Anbiya' Ayat 94

فَمَنْ يَّعْمَلْ مِنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهٖۚ وَاِنَّا لَهٗ كٰتِبُوْنَ

Famay ya‘mal minaṣ-ṣāliḥāti wa huwa mu'minun falā kufrāna lisa‘yih(ī), wa innā lahū kātibūn(a).

"So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders."
