الانعام — Al-An'am Ayat 115

وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَّعَدْلًاۗ لَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمٰتِهٖ ۚوَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ

Wa tammat kalimatu rabbika ṣidqaw wa ‘adlā(n), lā mubaddila likalimātih(ī), wa huwas-samī‘ul-‘alīm(u).

"And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing."
