الدخان — Ad-Dukhan Ayat 42

اِلَّا مَنْ رَّحِمَ اللّٰهُ ۗاِنَّهٗ هُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الرَّحِيْمُ ࣖ

Illā mar raḥimallāh(u), innahū huwal-‘azīzur-raḥīm(u).

"Except those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful."
